A 10,000 SF renovation of a warehouse space in South Georgia Pecan’s existing Pecan Plant, this project consolidated the company’s Headquarters, Executive Offices and Plant into one complex.
Transforming the interior of their existing warehouse, new offices were placed at the perimeter and open workstations lined the central corridor. New large storefront windows maximize the influx of sunlight, infusing the interiors with a bright spacious work environment.
We incorporated elements of nature within, with custom pecan shell art, and a large conference table construction from a 19 ft pecan slab. Warm colors and earthy interiors promote a sense of calm and employee well-being –complementing the space and fostering a harmonious connection with the natural world.
The executive suites have been designed to inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and ensure utmost comfort. Modern yet timeless, these spaces will cater to the specific needs of the company’s leadership team, creating an environment that supports productivity and innovation.
